I’m still waiting on my refund, and it’s been taking longer than I hoped. I understand these things can sometimes take time, but a quicker update or resolution would be appreciated...

It wasn’t bad or nothing, but for what I paid, I expected a little more. The stuff was okay, and I can’t say it wasn’t usable, but it just felt overpriced for what you actually get. Not terrible, just not really worth it to me.

My snap judgment is the prices are alright, but not exactly a steal. Some stuff seemed fair enough, while a few items were more expensive than I expected.

I had mixed feelings about hazelandbo.com. At first I was actually excited because I found a few really cute items, but then it got annoying when some of the sizes and colors I wanted were already out of stock. The site itself isn’t bad, and checkout was smooth, so that was a relief. I just kept going from “oh nice, I want this” to “ugh, never mind.” I’d probably still check back again, but I really wish the inventory was kept more up to date.

I don’t know if I just talked myself into thinking it would be nicer from the photos, but I was disappointed when it arrived. The fabric feels really thin and kind of cheap, and after wearing it once it already looked a bit stretched out and worn. Maybe I should’ve known better for the price, but I still expected it to hold up better. I wouldn’t buy it again

I was hoping this would feel a little more special, like something I could wrap up and feel good about giving to someone, but it just didn’t really land that way for me. Maybe my expectations were a bit different, I don’t know, but when it arrived I kind of paused and thought, yeah, this isn’t really gift material. A little disappointing, honestly.

I had a feeling the shipping was going to take forever, this pretty much confirmed it. I’m still waiting for my order to show up, and I’m definitely not happy about it.

My delivery showed up pretty much when I expected it to, and everything inside was in good shape, so I’m counting that as a little win. The tracking updates were a bit slow here and there, which had me checking more than I’d like, but overall the delivery was reliable and went smoothly.

Got exactly what I ordered. Items were right, colors matched what I picked, nothing missing or swapped. 4 stars because delivery updates were a little unclear...

The return itself went through fine, so that part was a hit. But the refund took longer than I expected, which made the whole experience feel a little hit or miss.

I was trying to get something done quickly, but the website made it harder than it needed to be. The menus weren’t very clear, pages felt slow, and I ended up clicking around way too much just to find basic information. Definitely not ideal when you’re already feeling rushed.

I tried to exchange my item and it turned into way more of a hassle than it should’ve been. Customer service took forever to reply, and even when they did, I still didn’t get a clear update on what was happening. it made me feel like I couldn’t really trust them to handle it properly.

It looked mostly like the pictures, haha, but the color was a little different once I saw it in person. Not a big deal and it’s still nice overall, I just expected it to match a bit more closely

I was let down by this... the fabric felt cheap right out of the package, and after just one wash the seams started coming apart. Definitely not what I was hoping for.

I was just trying to order a few things, but the checkout kept freezing and my card got declined twice even though there shouldn’t have been any issue. After about 20 minutes, I stopped trying because I didn’t want to risk duplicate charges or anything weird happening with my card. Frustrating experience overall

My order from hazelandbo.com showed up packed really well, and yeah... nothing was damaged at all. The box felt sturdy enough, and everything inside had plenty of protection. It did take me a minute to get through all the wrapping, but i'd rather deal with that than open a box of broken stuff. Overall, the packaging was solid.

The products look nice, and the descriptions are easy enough to follow. But uh, some of the info feels a little thin. I’d really like to see more real photos, better sizing details, and clearer info about the materials before I’d feel comfortable buying. Overall it’s not bad, it just needs a bit more detail to feel trustworthy

The tracking worked well overall, and the email updates were useful. One of the notifications showed up a little late, so it kind of felt like someone wasn’t exactly keeping things updated in real time. Still, I usually knew where my order was, so it was a okay experience.

I ordered my usual size from hazelandbo.com and expected it to fit better based on the size chart. The style looked cute and the material felt decent, but the top was tighter than I was comfortable with and the sleeves were shorter than I thought they’d be.

It’s not a terrible item by any means, and I can see it working for someone with a different fit preference, but for me it just wasn’t wearable enough. I wish the measurements had been more accurate because dealing with returns is always a hassle, so I’m not sure I’d order clothes from here again.
